Course Overview

The eSeries online training course is designed to demonstrate and ensure an in-depth understanding of the Telecor eSeries Communication System. The course covers hardware, system installation, software installation, system programming and troubleshooting.

Who Should Take Online Training

This training is intended for installers and system designers.  Upon completion of the course, students will be capable of installing, configuring and programing eSeries Systems with minimal support.

Students applying for the online training should have a thorough understanding of facility networking fundamentals and concepts and must be able to create a working networking environment without assistance.  A current CCNA or equivalent certification is recommended.  They should have the ability to troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues and make repairs to network based systems.  Additional VoIP and /or PBX/iPBX skills and experience are beneficial.

Steps to Sign up for Online Training

Step 1. Complete the eSeries Online Training form.  You will receive a response within 72 hours.

Step 2.  Once your Online Training application is approved, you will be emailed a questionnaire each student should fill out and submit. Each student will receive a response within 72 hours.

Step 3. Once the student is accepted for eSeries Online Training, you will be emailed instructions on how to make payment.  Once payment is received, the student will receive an email with their login credentials for Online Training.
