For 45 years, Telecor has been at the forefront of communication and mass notification solutions, transforming the way our clients manage daily and emergency communication. From our humble beginnings in 1980 to becoming a global leader with over 50,000 systems installed worldwide, our unwavering dedication to safety and security has made a lasting impact on the communication industry.

For the first three decades, our design philosophy centered around a single headend unit that managed all the peripheral devices in the communication system.  However, in 2009, we recognized the need for a new, future-focused architecture – one designed around simplicity in wiring, reduced installation time, scalability, expansion capabilities, remote management, and cost efficiency.

We knew that to stay ahead, our new system needed to leverage Ethernet technology and seamlessly integrate into a facility’s network. We envisioned a serverless architecture where each device, called a Peer, could connect and communicate directly with other devices without the need for an intermediate device or server.  Ultimately, this new design would allow devices to connect and function simply by just plugging into the PoE network drops.

In 2010, the first eSeries Power over Ethernet device, the eStation was created. Since then, the eSeries portfolio has expanded and become an industry standard.

Since 1980, our mission has been to offer state-of-the-art design and production techniques and practices to drive successful outcomes for our customers. This includes complete process manufacturing – from concept and design, through procurement and assembly, to in-circuit testing. We are proud to be supported by an extensive network of more than 300 channel partners worldwide, providing local sales support, engineering, installation, service and maintenance.

With an installed base of over 50,000 systems in K-12 schools, higher education, government offices, prisons, healthcare facilities and more, we have consistently supported our clients by offering a budget-friendly migration path as our solutions evolve.  Our motto has always been “Once a Telecor customer, always a Telecor customer.”
