Telecor integrates seamlessly with a wide range of critical safety and operational systems—including access control, building system management, CAP messaging, email and SMS notifications, shooter detection, phones, IP cameras, and fire alarm systems, just to name a few.

IP Cameras

Telecor systems integrate with IP cameras to enhance security and communication across a facility. Video feeds can be linked to intercom or call stations, allowing staff to see who is initiating a call or alert in real time. The system can also associate camera views with specific events or locations, improving situational awareness and enabling faster, more informed responses during day-to-day operations or emergencies.

Access Control

When access events occur—such as door entries, forced openings, or credential failures – we can link these triggers to automated announcements, alerts, or visual notifications. Telecor’s integrates with Building Systems Management solutions to support coordinated, automated responses during critical events. Through a contact closure, the system can interface with HVAC controls, lighting, door mechanisms, and other automated building functions to trigger actions such as securing areas, adjusting airflow, or activating emergency lighting. This unified approach also extends to hazardous conditions—for example, during a chemical spill, equipment malfunction, or machinery shutdown, the system can automatically activate strobes, deliver targeted audio or visual alerts, and initiate appropriate building-wide safety protocols. Fire Alarm

Telecor integrates with a building’s fire alarm to enhance communication and emergency response. When an alarm activates, the fire alarm system automatically takes priority, overriding and muting all Telecor audio broadcasts. This ensures that occupants clearly hear instructions from the fire alarm system. Telecor also augments fire alarm signaling by displaying alerts, triggering pre-recorded evacuation messages, and coordinating with other safety systems. This provides occupants receive timely, clear, and accurate instructions for a fully coordinated response across all connected life-safety systems.

CAP Messaging

Telecor supports CAP (Common Alerting Protocol) integration, and will receive and distribute standardized emergency alerts from a wide range of authorized sources. By leveraging CAP, Telecor automates the delivery of critical notifications across intercom, paging, and displays, ensuring consistent, reliable communication during emergencies. This interoperability enhances situational awareness and streamlines coordinated response efforts.

Email & SMS Notifications

Telecor integrates with third-party Email and SMS notification services to ensure critical alerts are delivered quickly and reliably. Events triggered within the Telecor platform can automatically initiate outbound messages to designated security personnel, providing timely instructions updates. This seamless connection to established messaging services enhances communication reach and ensures personnel remain informed, even when they are off-site.

Phones

Telecor integrates with phone networks to provide seamless communication throughout a facility. Staff to place or receive calls directly through Telecor endpoints, initiate paging or announcements from any phone, and route important alerts to designated numbers. By connecting with existing telephone infrastructure, Telecor enhances flexibility, simplifies communication workflows, and ensures critical messages reach the right people quickly.

Shooter Detection

Telecor integrates with shooter-detection systems to provide faster, automated emergency response. When a gunshot is detected, the integrated solution can instantly trigger alerts across Telecor’s intercom, paging, and visual notification systems, ensuring that critical information reaches staff and students within seconds. Telecor’s integration with DoorBird brings live video, two-way audio, and door control directly into the Telecor eSeries graphical user interface —streamlining daily operations and enhancing facility security. When a visitor presses the DoorBird call button, staff receive real-time location alerts, live video, and can communicate and unlock doors—all from a single interface. This unified workflow reduces complexity, improves situational awareness, and empowers teams to manage access points efficiently across any IP or hybrid environment.

InformaCast

Telecor’s integration with InformaCast by Singlewire streamlines mass notification by delivering critical alerts instantly to eSeries devices across your facility. Whether triggered from a phone system, mobile app, or another connected source, alerts are broadcast without delay through Telecor’s speakers, displays, and strobes. This seamless connection ensures consistent, facility-wide communication during emergencies—enhancing response time and situational awareness.

Pro-Lite

Telecor’s integration with Pro-Lite enhances visual communication by extending eSeries alerts to Pro-Lite’s digital display. When an alert or message is activated through the Telecor platform, corresponding visual notifications appear instantly on Pro-Lite signage—ensuring critical information is seen as well as heard. Telecor’s integration with Intrado Revolution enhances emergency communication by seamlessly extending Intrado’s audio and text notifications across the eSeries network. TeachLogic

Telecor integrates seamlessly with TeachLogic® Classroom Sound Field Systems to enhance both daily communication and classroom safety. When a page, intercom call, or class change tone is initiated, TeachLogic speakers are automatically muted to ensure critical messages are heard clearly. In addition, teachers can initiate standard or emergency calls to the office using their TeachLogic wireless microphone, enabling faster response without leaving the classroom. Emergency calls can trigger alerts via SMS and email, adding an extra layer of security for staff and students.
