Sales & Marketing Coodinator

Telecor has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, email marketing, website content, social media, sales support, trade shows, event coordination, client communication, and promotional materials. The marketing communications coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, accuracy, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, channel partners, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns to support company sales, brand awareness, and visibility goals by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating content calendars.
  • Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, website, and event channels.
  • Assists with email marketing activities by preparing campaigns, testing emails, managing contact lists, segmenting audiences, and assisting with campaign reporting.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing Manager to produce promotional materials, including brochures, one-pagers, case studies, newsletters, email campaigns, website content, and landing pages.
  • Supports and develops online training initiatives by assisting with the creation of new training courses, course registrations, user access, training records, exam tracking, certificates, and communication with training participants and internal teams.
  • Collaborates with internal teams, external vendors, printers, web developers, consultants, and channel partners to complete projects accurately and on time.
  • Maintains brand consistency across all marketing materials by following company standards, proofreading content, reviewing layouts, and ensuring consistent messaging and design.
  • Edits product demo videos and supports the design of marketing materials, graphics, and visual assets for new product launches and product-focused campaigns.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Maintains and updates website content, including product pages, resource materials, blogs, forms, landing pages, and other marketing-related sections.
  • Supports the Sales team by providing updated sales materials, presentations, product information, customer-facing documents, campaign assets, and market research.
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, industry trends, customer segments, advertising strategies, product positioning, pricing, and market opportunities.
  • Plans and supports meetings, trade shows, webinars, and other events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; creating booth graphics; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists; assisting with event logistics; and communicating with clients, attendees, vendors, and internal teams before, during, and after events.
  • Tracks and reports on marketing performance using data from email platforms, website analytics, CRM tools, social media platforms, and other digital marketing systems.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Basic qualifications

  • Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and campaign coordination.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, email marketing software, and social media platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Experience assisting with event coordination, client communication, vendor coordination, and event-related administrative support.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and learning management system (LMS) tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, email design, landing pages, website content formatting, and digital content best practices.
  • Familiar with the tools and concepts involved in graphic design, brand guidelines, print production, digital asset preparation, and visual content development.
  • Basic video editing skills for product demo videos, training content, and promotional materials.
  • Experience using analytics tools to review campaign performance, website activity, email engagement, social media metrics, and marketing results.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Experience with a product manufacturer, technology company, B2B organization, or channel partner environment.
  • Experience supporting product launches, trade shows, webinars, online training programs, newsletters, website updates, and digital marketing campaigns is considered an asset.
  • Experience with CRM systems, online learning platforms, sales enablement tools, and website maintenance or refresh projects is considered an asset.
