Inside Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist Regional Sales Managers with day to day administrative sales tasks.
  • Lead qualification and assessment of web inquiries.
  • Prospect engagement and identifying next steps.
  • Support the management of sales pipelines, customer accounts, and follow up activities.
  • Ensure all interactions and next steps are documented in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate communication with channel partners to ensure accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Assist engineers, consultants and end user to register for presentations, and training sessions.
  • Identify new construction opportunities based on our solutions and foster through sales cycle.

Basic qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative support in a technical environment with solution based low voltage products.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with using a CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic 360).
  • Customer centric mindset.
  • Problem-solving and resourcefulness.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration abilities.
  • Time management and multitasking.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in telecommunications, security systems, audio/visual products, or similar technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of basic sales processes and terminology.
