- Assist Regional Sales Managers with day to day administrative sales tasks.
- Lead qualification and assessment of web inquiries.
- Prospect engagement and identifying next steps.
- Support the management of sales pipelines, customer accounts, and follow up activities.
- Ensure all interactions and next steps are documented in CRM systems.
- Coordinate communication with channel partners to ensure accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Assist engineers, consultants and end user to register for presentations, and training sessions.
- Identify new construction opportunities based on our solutions and foster through sales cycle.

Basic qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative support in a technical environment with solution based low voltage products.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with using a CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic 360).
- Customer centric mindset.

Preferred qualifications
