TRAINING

Who Should Take Online Training

This training is intended for installers and system designers. Upon completion of the course, students will be capable of installing, configuring and programming eSeries Systems with minimal support.

Students applying for the online training should have a thorough understanding of facility networking fundamentals and concepts and must be able to create a working networking environment without assistance. A current CCNA or equivalent certification is recommended. They should have the ability to troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues and make repairs to network based systems. Additional VoIP and /or PBX/iPBX skills and experience are beneficial.

Complete the online Training Form. You will receive a response within 72 hours.

Review and Qualification

Once your online training application is approved you will receive a questionnaire each student should fill out.

Certification Training

Once the student is accepted for eSeries Training, you will be emailed instructions on how to make a payment. After payment you will receive an email with login credentials to begin.
